Free Priority Overnight

All shipping will be priority overnight with a required adult signature. In addition, shipping will be insured for the total amount of the items.

Buy Online & Pickup In-Person (Curbside available)

Please allow at least 1-2 business days from the time of processing your order for in-person pickup. We’ll let you know when your order is ready and arrange a pickup time with you. For curbside orders, please call us when you get to the store and we’ll bring your order out to you.

RETURN

14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you decide the jewelry you selected is not right for you, you may return anything up to 14 days after its purchase for a full refund as long as the merchandise is in “like-new” condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Item must be in original condition including all packaging. Custom-made, sized, and engraved jewelry are nonrefundable. JNS Diamond Imports will refund all types of payment in the form of a check. A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card refunds.

EXCHANGE

30-Day Exchange Policy

You may exchange anything you bought from us up to 30 days after its purchase (must be in “like-new” condition). Items must be in original condition including all packaging. Custom-made, sized, and engraved jewelry are not exchangeable. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

DIAMOND UPGRADE

We will gladly apply the original purchase price of your diamond toward your next diamond purchase. There will be 20% restocking fee from the original purchase price. You must have the original invoice and valid sales receipt.

BUY BACK POLICY

The original invoice and receipt must be available for JNS Diamond Imports to buy back diamond jewelry that was purchased from our company.

To receive the full amount of the diamond, minus our 20% restocking fee, the stone must be in the same condition as time of purchase. JNS Diamond Imports has the right not to buy back purchased goods. Used rings and mounting are not reusable.
